MR. WAN JINN WOEI (“Mr. Dennis Wan”) is the Executive Director of our Group. He was appointed to our Board on 1st August 2022. Mr Wan Jinn Woei is founder and managing director of the companies that involved in Providing corporate advisory services comprising business growth strategic, financial restructuring advisory, management consulting, analysing market behaviour, market research, develop and implement promotional campaigns to real estate companies, manufacturer and various of industries He has been involved with advisory industry and consultancy business over 20 years. He oversees strategic direction, business development and project management of the group.

Mr Wan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Victoria University (School of Management).

Mr. Lee Ah Too ("Arthur Lee"), Malaysian, male, age 64, was appointed to the Board of the Company as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 1 December 2022. He is the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, Remuneration Committee and Risk Management Committee. He is presently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.

Mr. Lee graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Malaya in 1983. He was the partner in charge of Ernst & Young (Malacca Branch Office) from 1998 up to June 2019. He has more than 30 years of experience in providing various types of assurance and business advisory services, including but not limited to financial due diligence review, mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and public listing. Among his portfolio of clients are plantation, retailing, entertainment, manufacturing, power, energy, construction, property development, transportation and financial services.

Mr. Heng Chee Song ("Mr. Peter Heng") was appointed to the Board of the Company as an Independent Non-Executive Director on 27 April 2023. He has more than 40 years of maritime and shipping experiences. He is a forward thinking and result-orientated person with excellent networking and team-building capabilities, possessing broad knowledge and experiences in ship management and consultancy, marine insurance, ship dry-docking and repairs, ship classification, flag and port states compliances and IMO regulatory legislations.

Mr. Peter Heng is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in the maritime industry. He has held various managerial and technical roles throughout his career, demonstrating expertise in ship owning and management, technical consultancy, ship classification, marketing, and crew management. With extensive experience spanning over several decades, Mr. Heng has served in prominent positions such as Technical Director, General Manager, Executive Vice President, Vice President Technical, and Marine Business Manager. He has been involved in ship management, repairs, procurement, regulatory compliance, budgeting, and strategic planning. Additionally, Mr. Heng has a strong seafaring background, having served as a marine engineer onboard different types of vessels. He holds professional memberships and certifications, and his contributions have earned him the distinction of being a Fellow of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers, Singapore.

Kai Meng is the Managing Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer of Altage Capital and has more than 20 years experience in the financial industry, started his career as a fund manager focusing on managing Southeast Asia equity funds. He spent 18 years in the private banking, primarily as a Senior Investment Adviser to Ultra High Net Worth clients. At CPAM, he is involved in capital market transactions like Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and fund raising for special projects. Kai Meng received his Bachelor of Business (2nd Upper Honours) from Nanyang Technological University in 1995.

Kai Meng joined Altage as a shareholder and partner, primarily to help drive the AUM growth, after the successful development of a profitable FX Algorithm Trading Strategy. Besides this, he has additional responsibility of growing the consultancy business as well as the private bank advisory business. He subsequently became a Responsible Officer (RO) of the firm.
